Is your skill at the level you would like it to be?
If not, how much time do you spend perfecting your Kung Fu?
How far past your comfort zone do you push yourself?
Do you stop when your mind tells you to stop or when your body tells you to stop?
Many spend a lot of time practicing "intellectual kung fu" and very little time practicing actual kung fu.
